Biosphere

Biosphere:

The parts of the lithosphere, the hydrosphere and the atmosphere in which life exists together form the biosphere.

  • It has both living and nonliving worlds. The living world is called the biotic component, whereas the nonliving one is called the abiotic component. Soil, water and air constitute the abiotic component whereas all living beings constitute the biotic component.
